The double circular window is carved with caricatured figures on asses, blue sea waves, a sun-like pattern, and grass patterns, and the raised sides are also carved with iris leaves and window patterns. The mouth rim is carved into a six-petaled shape, and the sword-shaped rim is carved in the itome style, enhancing the decorative effect.
The bottom of the bowl is carved with a low, large base, and the inside of the base is deep. It is said that the five pieces were all handed down in the same set, but now they are separated one by one.
