Height 5.5 cm, mouth diameter 3.0 x 3.1 cm, four legs.
This is a cauldron-shaped incense container with large and distorted hands in proportion to the shape of the vessel.
Furthermore, it is unusual in that it has low legs on all four sides of the bottom. One side of the body is decorated with plum bowls, flowers and grasses, and a design of “iyoku” (a Japanese motif for a Shinto priest), while the other side is decorated with “mamidou” (a design for a Shinto priest). The ware is somewhat stiff after firing.
