　This is a rather large, straw-ash glazed mottled karatsu vessel, as befits an osho tokutsu. The overall appearance is strong, with some sea squirt patterns, creating a deeply tasty scene. The bottom is flat. There are few similar examples. It may have been made by the Uchigaso-gama or Uchigaso-gama.
