This is a water jar with an unusual shape, with large, chunky ears arranged carelessly on either side of the shoulder, the body warped, a wide chamotsu spatula around the hem, a hinokigaki pattern vividly carved, and a comb-style linear pattern on the hem of the body. The back of the container has a beautifully carved sleeve with a thick beadro sleeve, and the front also has a beautiful view of the flow of the sleeve from the shoulder to the hem. It is accompanied by a Bizen ware lid.
