This vase is a rare example of its kind, and its stout form has the taste of a kite. It has deep stripes on the body, with ash on half of the surface, and the clay skin is reddish brown. There are marks on the front and back of the vase where holes have been filled in, and there are also marks on the left and right sides where ears have been removed.
