Height 4.3 cm, mouth diameter 22.0 cm, bottom diameter 9.0 cm
This dish is in the same style as the so-called “Genroku Kaki” style of Shibuemon-te ware. There are many similarities between Shibuemon-te works and Imari type works. This dish does not have the iZ. inscription on the reverse side, but it is clearly the same as the Shibuemon-te type. It is a so-called “navel plate” style dish with a lowered, deviated mouth rim, a two-tiered lozenge-shaped window on three prospective sides, a Karafana-style design inside, and a stone pavement design around the window. It is a typical example of Imabashi-yaki of the Genroku period.
