Height 3.8 cm, mouth diameter 15.2 x 12.5 cm, base diameter 8.6 x 6.5 cm
This is a plate in the shape of a water chestnut flower, which is also seen in Ko-Nabeshima, and is probably an early example from the Okawachi kiln. The design of this dish is unique in that it shows a plate with a peach orchid and a flower on each side. This is probably the most outstanding example of a five-sun dish of a different shape. The mouth rim is made with a sixteen-petal design, and the outer surface is decorated with a cloisonne knot pattern on two sides, but this is a special cloisonne knot pattern with long strings extending to the left and right. The diamond-shaped base is covered with lotus petals in a wave-head style.
