Lobed dish with flower-and-bird design, enamelled ware

Height 3.3 cm, mouth diameter 21.4 cm, bottom diameter 14.5 cm
These three dishes were made in the same mold and seem to be from the same period as the Kujakute. The rim of the plate with a floral and bird motif has a rouge design, while the rim of the plate with a floral and bird motif has no rouge design. The rim of this medium-sized dish has a 16-petaled rounded floral border, and the floral and bird design is one of the most elegant examples, showing a chrysanthemum and a small bird on a tahoishi stone. The reverse side is covered with an arabesque design in underglaze blue, and a small Kakufuku inscription in underglaze blue is also inscribed on the base. The back of the plate with a gourd design in a cyclamen pattern is decorated with peony arabesques with flowers on all four sides, and there is a Kakufuku inscription inside the base. The reverse of the wagaraki plate with bird and flower motifs is uniquely inscribed on the back, and the inscription “Made in the year of Taiming Seika” is inscribed on the base.
