This tripod, also handmade, has a hexagonal fire pouch inside. The mouth is hexagonal and the body is bulging, and the lid is also hexagonal. The lid is decorated with a design of maple leaves, and a window is cut into the lid. The body is also decorated with a cloisonne window in six directions, and the ground is decorated with a continuous pattern of maple leaves, some of which are decorated with Genji clouds. Although it is not clear at which kiln these elegant pieces were fired, they are typical of what is generally called koshimizu.
