Specialty. Korean tea bowl, Irabo with nail engraving. The mouth structure is thick with a beveled, mountain path, and the outside has a deer pattern with a mixture of red and blue, the potter’s wheel has been turned three times, the inside has blue except for the tea tamari, and the tea tamari has a deep reddish color. The name is derived from the reddish-green color of the glaze, which is reminiscent of mountains in autumn with brocades woven into them. It was in the collection of Kiheiji Fuyuki in the middle of the Edo period (1603-1868), but passed into the hands of Satsumaya Sobaku during the Kansei period (1789-1801), and was then passed on to the Mitsui family in Kyoto, the Hirase family in Osaka, and the Tanaka family in Nagoya.
