Clays suitable for manufacturing ceramics. Among them, the raw material for porcelain is called “porcelain clay. In addition to ceramics, potter’s clay is used as a pigment, and pure white clay can be used as a white pigment. Some colored ones can also be used as a precipitant for rake pigments or as a substance. This is especially true in the production of aniline dyes and rakes. Ceramic clays used for these purposes are not as selective and refined as those used as raw materials for ceramics production. In other words, plasticity is relatively less necessary for pigments. Ceramic clay is also used for paper and textiles.
