A great masterpiece. A tea caddy by Han. The name “Nitta” is written on the lid of the hikiya, suggesting that it was in the possession of the Nitta family. The “Manpo-Zensho” refers to it as “Nitta Kashirazu. One book mentions it as being in the possession of Nitta Yoshisada, but this is doubtful. The “Shinsho Taikoki” also states that it was read as “Shinden. He joined the Mito family through Shukoh, Akechi Mitsuhide, and Toyotomi Hideyoshi.
