This is a prospective deep bowl with a wide rim that is edge-warped, and the rim is stroked in four directions.
The rim is made in a caressing four-sided design, with two thick stripes on each of the four sides, which is unusual. The design is simple in terms of flowers and grasses, but the rim is decorated with interesting patterns, such as plovers on a border, water chestnuts, and a chintz-like pattern. The overall construction is rather thick, with a well-melted white glaze that does not show any reddish tints.
The flat bottom has legs on three sides, and there are five marks around the legs. There are also three small marks in the prospect. Probably made in the Ohira or Kushiri Motoyashiki kilns.
