The most famous Hakuan tea bowl is the Honka Hakuan, which was handed down in the Sekido family, but this Fuyuki Hakuan, which once belonged to Fumai Matsudaira, is also one of the best. It was owned by the Fuyuki family, a wealthy merchant in Edo, and later became the property of Matsudaira Fumai.
