This tea bowl may have been placed in a kiln, or the degree of cooling may have been gradual. It has been fired to a brownish glaze in the style of Seto glaze. The loops are slightly distorted. The tsuke-takadai has been interestingly altered with the addition of spatula marks to the interior.
