This is a rare Mino type of tea bowl with a wide mouth. The outside shows an arabesque pattern of five-petaled flowers arranged in five directions, and the inside has a whorl pattern in eight steps from the mouth to the prospective. The inside of the bowl is decorated with arabesque patterns in five directions with five-petaled flowers on the outside, and the inside is decorated with whorl patterns in eight levels from the mouth to the prospective side.
This is also a Shino Oribe ware that has been hardened by firing.
