Height 19.6 cm, mouth diameter 9.8-13.7 cm, bottom diameter 12.9 cm
This small, narrow suisashi with a stepped mouth and cylindrical body was probably originally made as a hanging flower vase. The body is slightly distorted into an oval shape, and the bottom is probably almost circular. The body has five or six long and short vertical spatulas. The clay surface is soft throughout, but some of the ash glaze is a little too hard and has beautifully changed to reddish and bluish colors. There seems to have been a hole for a bowl on the front surface, but it has been filled in.
