This is a small flat water jar in the shape of a heavy rice cake with an outward opening at the neck. The neck has large, rounded ears on the left and right sides. The front has a pale greenish sleeve with a thin layer of ash, and two large iron glaze flecks. This is one of the best examples of this type of small flat water jar. The bottom is made in the irisoko style. It is probably from the early Edo period.
