Bowl with, enamelled ware

Bowl with flower-and-bird and rounded dragon design, enamelled ware

The bowl is circular in shape, with a bamboo and bird design on one side and a plum tree design on the other, and a dragon design on three sides with chrysanthemum branches in between.
The design of the dragon and dragon-like dragon patterns are characteristic of the Genroku period (1688-1704). There are four marks on the bottom. The bowl with a peony and phoenix design in overglaze enamels is an oddly shaped bowl with a tiered waist, and a running water design is embossed in relief on the upper section. The outer surface is decorated with a design of rock peonies on two sides, and the inner surface is decorated with four phoenixes connected by a floral arabesque, with a plum blossom and plover design scattered on the upper surface. The bowl with grape design in overglaze enamels is a slightly shallow bowl with a variegated sword-shaped rim. The outer surface is decorated with an arabesque grape design, with a floral branch design on the prospective side.
Although made of high-quality milky-white clay, the shape of the bowl is a little less sharp, suggesting that it may have been made during the Genroku period or later. There is one mark in the center of the base.
The bowl has a slightly shallow bowl with an edge-bent mouth. The outer surface is decorated with a pine and plum tree design on one side and a bamboo design on the other, with two birds in between. The bowl is decorated with floral motifs and there are three marks on the base.
