 This dish has an unusual shape for a Nabeshima 5-sun dish, with a flattened outlook and straight open sides. The design of the water plants on the prospective view is in the same brushwork as the seven-sun dish shown in Figure 26, and the dish is truly beautiful. The outer surface is covered with a compound lotus petal design, and the base is decorated with a comb pattern.
