Height 3.8 cm, mouth diameter 3.4 x 3.4 cm, bottom diameter 1.9 x 3.7 cm
We have seen other kozuchi incense containers, but this one is the most well-made. The center of the mallet is split to form the body and lid, and the grain of the mallet is expressed in iron and blue-gold overglaze enamels, while the sides are decorated with bead motifs and the handle with seven treasures in color. The back of the lid, the opening and the bottom of the body are painted in clay, and the inside of the body is painted in green overglaze enamel. The bottom of the body is covered with green overglaze enamel. The bottom is stamped in the center with the seal of Ninsei and “Omuro-yaki” is inscribed on the front of the box.
