This tea bowl is different in taste from the other tea bowls of this type made by Kenzan, and the shape of the bowl has a hem, the body has a tori, and the base is tightened. The body of the bowl has a design of a haze with a rough brush and a design of a plum tree with a bud in between, which is a design typical of Kenzan. The inscription “Kenzan” is inscribed in small letters on the side of the base.
