A type of Korean Wu ware tea bowl. This is a rice bowl used in the morning and evening by women who stayed at Yakushi-in, a nun temple in Takagamine (Kita-ku), Kyoto, when the Korean envoys came to Japan in the past. Compared to Daitokuji Kureki, this bowl is smaller and shorter, and has a wider bore than its length, with a bluish-blackish yellow glaze. (Koryo Tea Bowl and Seto Tea Container)
