C. Gold Jyuyo Bizen triangular mouth flower vase, precepts. Koseto, Daikai tea caddy. Like other tea vases bearing the name Kanamori, this one was probably in the possession of Kanamori Izumo no Mamoru Kashige. The glaze is a mixture of black candy glaze and persimmon gold, and the interior and exterior are both glossy, making it the most complete and flawless oumi tea caddy ever produced. It was transferred from the Kanamori family to Kobori Enshu, then to Kamio Bizenmori, Funabashi Chozaemon, and then to the Marquis of Sendai, and entered the Tokyo Takahashi family in 1916 (Taisho 5) at the bidding for vessels from the collection of the same family. (He entered the Tokyo Takahashi family at the time of the bidding of vessels from the collection of the same family in 1916.)
