This is an old kiln located in Maeyama, Kugari-Okaya, Kani-cho, Kani-gun, Gifu Prefecture. It produced the best Kiseto ware, and all of the famous Kiseto wares, such as the famous Ayame-dome handled bowl and the Hoshu incense container, were made here. It is well known that a fragment of Kizeto ware with an inscription of 1593 was excavated and became a valuable material for determining the age of Shino and Kizeto ware, but it was regrettably lost during the war. He also fired other types of pottery such as Shino, Seto black, Ayame black, and persimmon glaze.
