Henco (flat jar)

Sue ware: ring-shaped vase.

A round, flattened jar, probably originally used as an outdoor or portable water or sake container. Some have ears through which a cord can be threaded, while others have no ears. Sue ware from China, Korea, and Japan (called “Sue ware” or “Sue ware”) are known to have flattened jars, but from an aesthetic point of view, the best flattened jars are those of the Yi Dynasty. In Korea, they are also called jars of the Jangsan style.
