One side of the body was unglazed in a triangular shape and then covered with a feldspar glaze, and the other side was glazed with a feldspar glaze over a black glaze. This technique was not used in Setoguro, and seems to be common in Oribe-kuro and Kuro-oriobe.
The glazed surface is soft and the clay surface is white with a white finish, and a “+” mark is engraved on the side of the base.
