This is a piece with a clay body similar to the “Hi-Doshi”, but it has rounded shoulders with line carvings and a chamfered spatula is round and round on the body. The body is covered with a chamfered spatula. The lid is attached to the body and there is a thin layer of ash glaze on the shoulder. The mouth is flat and in the shape of a flume. The inside is decorated with a spatula engraved with an “X.” This is an excellent Shigaraki suizashi of this type.
