The bell-shaped rim is covered with celadon glaze, and the inner and outer surfaces are decorated with a design in underglaze blue. The use of celadon and underglaze blue to form patterns was a typical technique of the Okawachi domain kilns. The celadon porcelain is beautifully fired due to the high quality of the porcelain clay, and the underglaze blue underglaze blue is very skillful, boasting a truly perfect technique. It was probably made around the Enpo and Genroku periods. The design of the water wheel shows the taste of the period. On the three sides of the outer surface, there is a design of a magnolia branch with a flower in the center and buds on the left and right, which is another typical design of the Okawauchi period. The pedestal is a comb-shaped pedestal.
