Ninnami: lobed bowl with cherry and maple design, enamelled ware

This bowl has a relatively small and compact shape, with a mouth shaped like a Japanese quince, and it is especially prized among tea masters as a Niami Unkinte bowl. The mark “Niami” is stamped on the foot ring.
