Height 3.8 cm, mouth diameter 13.4 cm, base diameter 9.0 cm
This mukozuke is similar in shape to the Shino mukozuke with a wheeled wheel design, and has a large, narrow base that has been carved out.
A single design of grass like a glauber’s scepter is painted on the prospective side, but it appears in darker and darker shades due to the rather thick glaze. The white glaze has a reddish hue throughout, and the reddish hue is darker from the tatami mat to the inside of the base. Figure 238 and this piece were probably fired at the Ohira kiln.
