In addition to Seto-Black, another famous type of iron-ringed Seto-wa works among tea masters are hexagonal boar cups known as Tsubaki-te. These are representative of Tsubakite boar cups, which are wheel-thrown and made into hexagonal shapes by molding. The shape is the same as that of the Kizeto hexagonal boar cups. The shape suggests that they were fired at the same time. This piece was probably mass-produced together with the Kosedo hexagonal boar cups, but not many of them remain today.
