　The potter’s wheel deeply set five steps from the body to the mouth, and the clear ridge line at the waist tightens the overall shape of the jar, leaving a strong impression. The glaze tone and the execution are very tasteful. The floral motifs on the two sides of the body are painted with light brush strokes. The kiln is thought to be Hirado or Shiinomine.
