The four sides of the mouth are shaped like a mountain. There is no pictorial motif on the prospective side, but a simple pictorial design with an osatsu pattern on the inside and a three-striped pattern on the outside is very clever. The clear shavings on the base indicate that it was made by Uchida Saraya Kiln.
