　This open-mouthed gourd-shaped container has thick line carving around the mouth and tight body, and the hem of the body is decorated with a “kame” mark. The bottom is flat, and the entire body is covered with a thin ash glaze in the Bizen style. It was probably made by Tani Kiln, a potter’s kiln.
