Height 14.9 cm, mouth diameter 14.2-14.8 cm, bottom diameter 10.8-11.0 cm, Hatakeyama Kinenkan
This is probably a water jar in the seed jar style, but it does not have ears. The shape is particularly elegant, with the mouth opening outward and the shoulders slightly taut and tapering to the hem, making it a typical suidashi with a Hidasuki. The white ground is covered with a dark or light pattern with a clear and distinct Hidasuki. The kiln mark is carved in the center of the flat bottom. It is inscribed “Gyokashi” and once belonged to Lord Matsudaira Fumai.
