Height 41.6 cm, mouth diameter 12.8 cm, body diameter 35.0 cm, bottom diameter 15.7 cm
This is probably a tea jar with four ears around the neck, and is estimated to have been made around the Keicho period. It is one of the outstanding examples of a tea jar with a Hidasuki, and the vivid scarlet pattern is evident on the entire surface. There is a large sticking point on the bottom with a kiln mark carved in spatula next to it.
