Height 31.2 cm, mouth diameter 28.2 cm, bottom diameter 16.1 cm
These are typical examples of jars. The Hidasuki is also a very beautiful work. This type of jar with a wide mouth has been widely produced since the late Muromachi period (1333-1573), and large jars such as Niseki-iri (two stone pots) have been produced. Today, they are used for water jars and the like, but they were probably fired as miscellaneous utensils for storing sake and the like. The body is attached with a cord.
