 This is a rather long-bodied, stout vessel with a thickly molded, sturdy body. As usual, the base is thickly made in the shape of a circle, with ears on the left and right sides of the bowl and nine vertical spatula marks on the body. Ashes fall heavily from the left side of the surface, forming bead dust, some of which is burnt. The hem of the body is blackened and burnt, while the back and right sides are reddish-brown.
 It is inscribed “Hayashi Kazuyasu.
