On the back of the box lid, Omotesenke VI Kakusai Haraso wrote “Tanba Yaki Tea Bowl inscribed Okuri Kakusai (Hanaseki)”. It is a tea bowl with a slightly protruding mouth and lowered base. The entire surface is covered with a purple-brown glaze, but some parts are blackened. There are two gold repairs on the surface. It was handed down to the Fujita family.
