Umezawa Memorial Hall
This is a rare example of a vase with a circular window in the center of the prospect, a goran (column) and a gappan tree on a rock, a relief pattern with red beads on all sides inside, and a lapis lazuli ground on the outside. The inside of the stand is inscribed within a double circle with the inscription “Made in the year of the Daming Emperor”. It appears to have been decorated with gilt around the mouth, but most of the gilt has fallen off.
