This incense burner is in the shape of a bell with a lid topped by a knob with a dragon’s head.
The top of the lid is covered by a knob with a dragon’s head. The design shows a nipple-head pattern in a molded relief, and the family crest of a sword-acupuncture plant is shown at the base. Judging from the soft porcelain body in the early milky white hand style, it is thought to have been made before the Kanbun period.
