Height 2.6 cn, mouth diameter 15.4 cm, base diameter 7.9 cm
This is probably an early piece from the Minamikawara or Okawachi kilns. The style is similar to that of this 5″ plate, but the rise is slightly deeper. Three jars are arranged side by side, each with a gauze pattern, ice crack design, and floral arabesque design, and the ground is dyed lapis lazuli. The red color of the petals on the plate is deep and glossy. The outside of the dish is decorated with an ancient peony arabesque design with flowers on three sides in dark underglaze blue, and the base is a comb-shaped base.
This dish is highly regarded as a representative example of early Nabeshima five-sun dishes.
