This elegant incense burner is decorated with white-flowered gourd vines intertwined with the roof of a kuzuya. The entire surface is covered in light lapis lazuli, but the dark and light tones of the color give the kuzuya a deeply tasteful atmosphere. This is another rare Nabeshima ware with meticulous workmanship. The base is missing.
