This is a somewhat formal but neatly painted work depicting a rock, pine tree, and bamboo within a circular window with two birds in the bamboo. The green jyukuri window is decorated with a phoenix design in red, and the reverse side is covered with a peony arabesque design in underglaze blue, with a common Kakufuku inscription on the base.
