　This large dish has a rather wide stalagmite-shaped rim, with a figure fishing on a bamboo screen in a prospective round window, and two children playing in the background. Both figures are dressed in kimono, and it is not clear what the subject of the painting was. On the reverse side, a peony arabesque design with pointed petals is depicted in underglaze blue, and the inscription “Made in the year of Taiming Seika” is written on the base and a Chinese character “fuku” is written in a double corner, but such an inscription is rare.
