 This is one of ten plates in the collection of the Fujita Museum of Art, showing plum blossoms, one of the most favorite subjects of Korin and Kenzan, with the inscription “Hohashi Hikari ‘Rimpa’ Painting” on the left. The inscription on the left is Qianzan’s inscription, “Xiangdan jiaoshan zoe xue yi jiebun nanpu zen huiqing, Qianzan Touyin shu,” and the seals “Shouko” and “Touyin” are also stamped upside down in white.
