This is a tea bowl with a lid in the style of Oribe ware, in which a glaze pattern is drawn with iron pigments and Gosu on a white glazed ground, and after baking with a transparent glaze, a green glaze is added to a part of the glaze. The inscription of “Qianzan” is written on the white ground of the oval frame within the elevated base of the clay display, and the transparent glaze is applied. This is another example of a five-piece set.
