9th century
Height 7.1 cm, mouth diameter 4.0 cm, body diameter 10.3 cm, bottom diameter 6.7 cm
In the 10th century, the bottom diameter of flat vases became larger and the upper surface of the body became more stable with an appropriate degree of swelling. Based on the shape of the body and the base, this vase is thought to date from the early 10th century. The body has a rather coarse grayish-black base, and the gray glaze on the upper surface of the body is thick and dark green.
