Wakamiya Shukokan
 The thick, slightly inward-tilted neck and shoulders protrude widely, and the straight waist toward the bottom is the final form of a four-lobed jar. The design on the shoulder is identical to that on the ash-glazed four-lobed jar shown in Figure 64, and is thought to date from the early 16th century. The base is a yellowish-white, zanguriko clay, which is unique to Mino, and the iron glaze on the surface of the vessel also confirms this. It is one of the few four-mimi jars of the same period that have retained their perfect form because they are from the same period.
